Mundo Deportivo have attempted to reveal Real Madrid’s plans for next season, claiming Kylian Mbappe and Neymar will leave Paris Saint Germain for the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Catalan daily report that Mbappe was set to join Zinedine Zidane’s side last summer but a move broke down at the last minute, however, it is now claimed that the Spanish club are still interested.
Florentino Perez has seen his big name players fail to impress on a consistent level this term and the potential of summer exits for Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale have become a reality.
Ronaldo, has been linked with a return to Manchester United, whilst Benzema is linked to Arsenal and Bale with a move back to English football.
The players said to be on Perez’ shortlist are Mbappe, former Barcelona forward Neymar and one other.
With Mbappe’s failed move said to be reignited, constant reports linking Neymar with a sensational move to the Bernabeu continue.
Other potential options feature Harry Kane, who has been impressing for Tottenham Hotspur and it is thought links between the English club and Madrid are good.
Whilst form has improved for Zidane and the aforementioned current Madrid trio; it is highly likely that Perez will make a number of changes this summer after failing to keep pace with Barcelona in the league.
