Eibar agree late loan for Bordeaux’s Jovanovic

Eibar have completed a January move for Serbian Under 20 international Vukasin Jovanovic.

Jovanovic, the 21 year old joining from Ligue 1 side Girondins de Bordeaux on loan until the end of the season with the option to extend the loan into the 18/19 season and also the possibility of purchase.

Jovanovic has played 16 times for Bordeaux this season having joined originally on loan and then on a permanent deal from Russian side Zenit St Petersburg after beginning his career with Red Star Belgrade in home country Serbia.

The centre back, who has played for Serbia’s under 21 side, will be given the number six shirt and was presented to the media at 1pm local time at the Ipurua on Thursday.

As well as Jovanovic coming in, Bebe and Nano Mesa have both departed.

Bebe, will move on loan to former club Rayo Vallecano in La Liga 1|2|3 for the remainder of the season after the two clubs agreed on a deal. He will return to Eibar at the end of the season.

Nano Mesa was on loan at Levante but has only played 11 games and the two sides have agreed a mutual termination of his contract with the midfielder now being sent out to Sporting Gijon on loan, with the player to join on a permanent basis in the summer.
