Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho saw his car towed by authorities and his house robbed on Monday.
The former Liverpool man enjoyed a rare day off with his family after not being eligible to play for the Catalan side in Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Chelsea.
Enjoying a day out in the city centre, Coutinho and his family were visiting the famed La Sagrada Familia whilst his car was towed away, leaving the Brazilian to get a taxi out of the city.

Having remained out with family and friends, Coutinho then returned home to find his house had been broken into.
Coutinho is said to have contacted police upon arriving back at 1.30am on Tuesday morning, with authorities now keeping a close eye on the area, where team-mate Luis Suarez, also lives.
Having settled into Barca life quite easily, Coutinho has made seven appearances for the La Liga leaders after joining in January from Liverpool.
Whilst he cannot play in the Champions League, Coutinho is likely to win the La Liga title and Copa del Rey, should Barca maintain their healthy lead and beat Sevilla in the final in April.
