Leganes will look to end a run of four straight defeats in all competitions when they host Las Palmas who could move out of the relegation zone with a win.
A Copa del Rey loss for the Legionaries began a streak that has seen them drop to 13th and will be mindful to not get into a battle for the bottom three, in particular if they make it five in a row.
Yet, their opponents are also coming off the back of a defeats, after going down to Sevilla last week, but a third win in 2018 would equal the number of victories from the first half of the season.
However, the Canary Island side will have to do it without Gabriel Peñalba, who is suffering from a knee injury, while Momo continues his recovery from a muscle problem.
Meanwhile, Leganes are still missing winger Alexander Szymanowski and centre-back Mauro dos Santos.
