Chelsea forward Eden Hazard wants to leave the club this summer, after exiting the Champions League this week.
The English champions were eliminated from the Champions League on Wednesday evening, losing 4-1 on aggregate to Barcelona, who thanks to Lionel Messi – progressed to the quarter-final stage.
Hazard, who featured from the start in the game at Camp Nou – was hauled off after 80 minutes and was visibly frustrated.
And, reports following the game have now emerged claiming the Belgian international wants to push for a summer exit.
The 27-year-old will be on international duty this summer with his country at the World Cup in Russia, but it is understood that he has now informed his representatives to look for a new club.
Real Madrid have long been interested, whilst Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint Germain have been linked.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, but despite a potential managerial change, it is understood Hazard wants a fresh start.
His potential exit could be followed by Thibaut Courtois, who has also been linked with a move back to La Liga.
The Belgian keeper, formerly of Atletico Madrid has been shortlisted as a replacement for Keylor Navas at the Bernabeu.
