Bale, who has been linked with a summer exit has been heavily predicted to move to Old Trafford, with Mourinho a massive admirer of the former Tottenham Hotspur winger.

Sport are among many Spanish reports claiming that behind-the-scenes conversations have taken place between Mourinho and Bale, and that a gentleman’s agreement has been reached.
English reports claim a bid in the region of £88m will be enough to see Madrid accept and sell the Welsh international.
President Perez is keen to look at bringing in replacements, having been labelled with interest of Paris Saint Germain duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, whilst Robert Lewandowski is keen to leave Bayern Munich for the Santiago Bernabeu.
