Sevilla are considering a move for former Newcastle United winger Hatem Ben Arfa, according to a report in Telefoot.
The Frenchman’s representatives have already begun offering his services to various European clubs, citing a poor relationship with Paris Saint Germain and a lack of playing time.
Ben Arfa left Newcastle in 2014 to join Hull City on loan, before the Magpies decided to release him and pay off the remainder of his contract.
A return to French football with Nice saw the winger re-capture his form, before a move to PSG came about, but after two seasons at Parc des Princes – the winger has failed to find regular football, having not played for over a year.
A whole host of Premier League sides are said to be interested with Leicester City, Everton and Southampton keen – whilst Sevilla have shown interest.
The 31-year-old has also been linked with a move to the MLS and China, although he may wish to explore one final stint in Europe before he moves outside of the continent.
Having featured 32 times last season, scoring four times for the Ligue 1 club – the arrivals for Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have seen him make no appearances all season.
Sevilla are keen to bolster their attacking options next season and are looking to bring in some experience.
