English and Spanish press have again taken up on false reports linking Cristiano Ronaldo with a move back to Manchester United.
Ronaldo struggled for form before the turn of the year, prompting speculation that the Portuguese international would move on this summer.
A return to English club Man United was much discussed with reports in Spain claiming Ronaldo was desperate to move back to Old Trafford and help former boss Jose Mourinho wrestle the Premier League title back.
However, a return to form in 2018, which has helped Madrid to the Champions League semi-final’s and propelled the Ballon d’Or winner back in the race for the La Liga top scorer – has softened reports.
But, false reports in controversial media outlet Don Balon have now seen English press re-claim that a move is back on.
The reports that should not be believed also claim that United would only have to pay a figure of £64m for the forward, due to his growing contract demands at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Further to this, the Daily Express, who seem to rely heavily on Don Balon for gossip – claim Paul Pogba or David de Gea could be part of the deal.
We will leave it up to you decide on that one…………
