Inter Milan have put a four-year contract on the table for Portuguese winger Joao Cancelo as a permanent deal from Valencia now looks likely.
Los Che are keen to agree a permanent deal for French midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, who has been impressing on loan at the Mestalla and is playing a big part in their success on the field.
And, with negotiations having begun over a summer deal, it is now being reported that Cancelo could be used as part of way for the La Liga side to fund the move.
Cancelo has been on a season long loan with the Milanese giants, who have the option of making the move permanent for €35m.
The Italian club had disciplined the Portuguese international earlier this season after a number of problems in training, but it is understood they are now keen to keep hold of his services.
And, further reports now claim that a four-year deal has been proposed and offered to the Portuguese international.
Valencia have been handed a deadline of 30th June to make Kondogbia’s move permanent, but it is understood that will depend on Cancelo’s future.
Another La Liga based player who Inter would like to hold on to is Rafinha, who is on loan from Barcelona.
