Manchester City, Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain are all still interested in signing Andres Iniesta this summer, according to reports.
The Catalan club’s captain has been linked with an exit from the Camp Nou this season and it is now being reported that he will call time on his successful career with the club in June.
Various reports claimed that a three year deal with Guanjian has been agreed and that he will get paid 37m euros for his stint in Asia, but a second offer from Chongqing has since followed.
However, despite Asian interest – Diario AS claim that the aforementioned trio are interested in a potential deal.
City boss Pep Guardiola, who has worked with Iniesta before at the Camp Nou – is keen for a reunion, which could see the Spanish midfielder take up a playing-coaching role, similar to that of Mikel Arteta, who left playing to shadow Guardiola.
Arsenal are also said to be keen, although their managerial appointment this summer may have other options, whilst PSG are keen, having signed former Barca players Dani Alves and Neymar in the past.
Iniesta did inform reporters following the Champions League defeat to Roma two weeks back that he would now be considering his future, but further reports seem to confirm that this will be his last with Barca.
