Cristiano Ronaldo will be subject to a bid from Paris Saint Germain this summer after fears continue to grow at Real Madrid over his future.
Madrid beat English side Liverpool in Kiev last Saturday evening to win their third successive title and Ronaldo’s fifth individual honour.
The Portuguese international failed to score in the final but finished as the competitions leading scorer on 15 goals.
Following the win over Jurgen Klopp’ side – the former Manchester United man addressed his future.
“In the next few days I’ll give an answer to the fans,” Ronaldo told Bein Sports.
Ronaldo, who is now 33, joined Madrid in 2009 and has a current contract at the Santiago Bernabeu until 2021.
He became the first player to win five Champions League titles on Saturday evening, which includes one with Man United.
Reports linking him back to Old Trafford have been rife in recent times, whilst some have also claimed that a move to China or Major League Soccer could be on the cards.
However, given his scoring accolades this season – Ronaldo could still join another European club, having dominated in the Champions League once again this season.
And, whilst those options are viable for Ronaldo, Ligue 1 side PSG are now showing interest – with reports claiming the French champions would be willing to pay him the same amount as Lionel Messi.
