Wolverhampton Wanderers have been linked to Joao Cancelo and Goncalo Guedes, causing Valencia a headache over the latter.
Having returned from his Inter Milan loan spell last month, Cancelo is now looking at finding a new club for next season, given that his time in a Valencia shirt has seemingly come to an end.
The Portuguese full-back had an indifferent time at the club, having on and off field altercations with fans which all led to him ultimately being sent out on loan to the Italian side last summer.
A mediocre time in Serie A saw the full-back/winger fail to gain a permanent move to the San Siro.
Wolves, who have been promoted to the Premier League under the coaching of Nuno Espirito Santos – are looking to bolster their side and believe Cancelo can add that extra dimension.
Guedes, who enjoyed a superb loan spell with Valencia last season from Paris Saint Germain is also on the former Porto boss’ radar, but a deal for the winger is the more expensive options.
Los Che have been actively trying to seal a deal for the Portuguese international, but a stumbling block over a transfer fee is causing the deal to come to a standstill.
Wolves, who have an injection of funds after winning the Championship – have that cash and will now look to being talks with PSG officials.
