Alaves’ new signing Twumasi delighted with ‘move of his life’

Alaves’ new signing Patrick Twumasi has revealed that he is delighted with ‘move of his life’ after arriving at the Basque club.



The Ghanaian midfielder, 24, has a current deal with the club until 2019 but Alaves officials are extremely keen and it is said that an agreement has already been reached between the Spanish club and the player.

Twumasi began his career with Red Bull Ghana in his homeland before gaining a move abroad to FC Spartaks in the Latvian Premier League.

16 goals in 31 games over two seasons saw him then gain moves elsewhere, with his best spell coming Astana, where he has now gained a reputation amongst some bigger European clubs.

The youngster who has won the Kazakhstan league four times and the Supercup – has been capped by his national side, representing them in the African Cup of Nations in 2016.
