Nacho Gil has agreed a loan move to Elche, but will not be able to play for his new team until January.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder was expected to be given a chance this season, but Marcelino has since chosen for him to not play a part in the squad – leaving him out of the Champions League squad too.
Gil spent last term on loan with Las Palmas, making 14 league appearances and scoring once – and he is now set to leave the club for La Liga 123 side Elche.
Valencia confirmed the agreement on Monday morning, with Gil making an appearance for his new club at training.
One stipulation however, is that the youngster will not be able to play until January, given that the transfer window is currently closed.
