Real Valladolid have been handed a 1,270 ticket allocation for their visit to the Santiago Bernabeu on 3rd November.
Rewind a few months back and Valladolid’s upcoming visit to Real Madrid would not have had as much prominence but given the turn around in form for Sergio Gonzalez’ side – the fixture is beginning to wet the appetite of fans.
Ronaldo’s purchase of the small-Madrid based club has also got people anticipating the meeting as the former Brazil and Madrid striker will be in the crowd alongside Florentino Perez.
With such excitement around the La Liga tie, Valladolid have been handed 1,270 tickets for the game, which are available to season ticket holders for a relatively cheap 45 euros.
Valladolid’s form has vastly improved since the arrival of Ronaldo as club president, winning three out of their four league games and drawing the other.
The newly promoted side sit in seventh place and are just four points off league leaders Sevilla, who have 16 points from the first eight games.
Madrid on the other hand – have not scored in four games, losing 1-0 to Alaves in the last league game before the international break. Julen Lopetegui’s side face Levante this coming weekend, whilst Valladolid face Real Betis.
