Sevilla vs. Huesca – Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán – Sunday 28th October – Kick-off 7:45PM UK time
Confidence can be a dangerous weapon to defeat, particularly for a side that have already been earning positive results. That is the difficult task that faces Huesca on Sunday, as they travel to face Sevilla at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.
Manager Pablo Machín leads his Sevilla squad into a match against La Liga’s bottom club, after they impressed during a recent UEFA Europa League group stage match. Los Nervionenses dismantled Akhisarspor of Turkey on Thursday evening, securing a dominant 6-0 victory. Sevilla’s previous league fixture was a 4-2 loss at Barcelona this past weekend.
🙌🙌 We started the 21st Century with 11 wins in Europe. We picked up number 💯 yesterday and we celebrated it with our biggest win in Europe! Let's keep going for more!!! 💪💪

The club were able to rest many of their usual starters ahead of Sunday’s game as well. Sevilla enter the weekend fourth in LaLiga, only two points back of first-place Barcelona.
Huesca and new manager Francisco desperately need their first win together, and will certainly not find it to be easy against a powerful opponent. The club have not earned a win since the opening match of the 2018-19 season at Eibar in August.
Sevilla have had some injury concerns for the back-line. Both Sergio Escudero (arm) and Simon Kjær (hamstring) are expected to miss the match on Sunday.
For Huesca, it is the midfield that has suffered fitness issues. Gonzalo Melero (groin) and Juanjo Camacho (calf) will likely not take part in the fixture. Francisco will be counting on young forward Cucho Hernández to make a difference in the attacking half for the visitors.
