Neymar will not return to Barcelona with the rest of the squad following the US Tour El Clasico fixture with Real Madrid, according to reports.
The Brazilian forward will head to China as part of Barca’s promotion obligations for new sponsor Rakuten and kit supplier, Nike.

Sources close to ESPN told them on Saturday that Neymar and his father, Neymar Sr. have been in discussions over a move, despite Barca’s willingness to keep hold of the 25-year-old.
A huge contract is said to be have been agreed in principle, which would see the forward earn €30m a year after taxes and become the focal point of the side.
A number of Barca players have shown their concern in the situation, with Gerard Pique posting a photo on Instagram alongside the Brazil international with the simple words ‘he stays’.
Whilst, Pique’s post was taken in jest – Barca’s concerns continue as a move changes its stance on a daily basis in Brazilian, Spanish and French press.
