Celta Vigo vs Leganes: Pepineros aim to move level with Celta

Celta Vigo vs Leganes – Balaidos – Friday 14th December – Kick off 8pm UK time

Leganes will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to five games and move level with Celta Vigo when they take on the Galicians to open up Jornada 16 in La Liga on Friday night.

Wins over Valladolid and Alaves and draws against Getafe and Atlético Madrid have seen the capital club climb out of the relegation zone in recent weeks and they now find themselves just four points off the top half of the table.

Hosts Celta have won their last two games and would move to sixth with a win on Friday.

Last season’s two clashes only produced two goals, on both occasions the home team winning 1-0.
