Former Aston Villa winger Carles Gil has called time on his spell with Deportivo La Coruna and joined Major League Soccer side New England Revolution.
The Spaniard was announced as a new Revolution player by the MLS club on Wednesday evening as a designated player.
The Valencian born winger arrived at Depor in 2016 after a failed loan spell with English side Villa, following a spell with his boyhood club Valencia, where he developed as a youngster.
Gil, 26, failed to help Deportivo last season as they were relegated to the Segunda, but he did make 18 appearances this term with 12 of those coming from the start.
New England are also reported to have made an offer to bring Bojan Krkic to the club from English Championship side Stoke City.
Bojan is much travelled across Europe, having had spells with Barcelona, Roma Mainz 05, Alaves, Milan and Ajax.
