Jonny Otto looks set to complete his permanent move to Wolverhampton Wanders, according to various reports.
The Spanish full-back is currently on loan with the Premier League side from La Liga side Atletico Madrid but negotiations this month have looked towards tying him down to a permanent deal at Molineux.
Otto, 25, has been impressive, securing a first international cap with Luis Enrique’s Spanish national side and he is now a regular starter for Midlands based side.
Marca are among those Spanish and English media outlets reporting the deal, which they claim is said to be for a free of £18m and would see the defender sign a four year deal.
Otto only joined Atleti from Celta Vigo last summer, but was told by Diego Simeone that he would not gain many minutes this campaign and he has now been made for sale due to the arrival of Alvaro Morata and Atleti’s need to free up their wage bill.
Gelson Martins and Nikola Kalinic are also said to have been made available to leave the Wanda Metropolitano this month.
Martins only arrived last summer from Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon but has found playing time hard to come by and is now said to be close to joining French side AS Monaco.
