Real Betis are said to be exploring a late deal for Valencia loanee Michy Batshuayi, according to Sky Sports.
Batshuayi is pushing hard to find a new club on deadline day or he will be forced to remain with Valencia until June 30.
Batshuayi joined Los Che on loan from Chelsea last summer but scored just three goals in 23 games across all competitions for the club, forcing boss Marcelino to lose patience with the 25-year old.
General director Mateu Alemany confirmed last week that Batshuayi had played his last game for the side and would return to Stamford Bridge, however, he is not wanted by Maurizio Sarri.
However, it has now been claimed that the Belgian striker is still in Valencia but is not attending training after permission and is actively trying to find a new club.
With interest from a large number of European clubs, Batshuayi has been in discussions with French side AS Monaco, leading to multiple reports claiming he has an agreed contract, but that move is said to have broke down after Chelsea turned down the deal.
West Ham United and Everton are said to be interested – however with the English transfer closing on Thursday evening at 11pm – a race is now on for the Belgian international to agree a deal and save his playing time this season.
