Juventus are planning a move to bring in Marco Asensio from Real Madrid, according to various reports in Italian media.
The 23-year-old has been subject to much hype over the last 18-months after bursting into the first team at Madrid following his arrival from Mallorca in 2014.
However, despite netting ten goals in his debut season and 11 goals last season – Asensio has failed to hit those standards this term, starting 17 times on the bench.
Now with the season approaching it’s final quarter – rumours are beginning to surface regarding the Spanish international’s future with Italian media outlet Tuttosport claiming Juventus are keen to bring him to the club.
The report claims that an enquiry has already been made by the Serie A club and that Madrid have returned their enquiry with a positive response regarding his availibility.
A potential exit for Asensio could see president Florentino Perez make a number of key moves this summer, which could include Chelsea star Eden Hazard coming into the club after a long period of speculation linking him to the Santiago Bernabeu.
