Gaizka Garitano’s side are one of the most in-form sides in La Liga at present and they continued ther rise up the table with a battling win over Levante.
Yuri Berchiche is making an impact during his first season with the club and he found the back of the net in the fifth minute to set the ball rolling in what proved to be a thoroughly entertaining game.
It would soon be 2-0 to the home side when a scramble in the area led to an own goal from Aitor Fernandez and by half-time it looked as though Levante were down and out.
However, La Liga has been unpredictable as ever this term and it was no surprise whe the visitors pulled themselves back into the game.
First, Roger Marti got himself in the mix and made it 2-1 from the penalty spot, before Erick Cabaco levelled things up with just one minute to play.
Levante have been guilty of poor defending at the back though of late and Iker Muniain grabbed a 93rd minute winner from the penalty spot to leave the visitors heartbroken.
Frustrations got the better of Levante towards the end of the game as Cabaco was sent off in the 96th minute.
