Alaves travel to the RCDE Stadium on Saturday to face Espanyol looking to bounce back after a run of poor form saw them drop to seventh place.

The visitors have been superb for the most part this term and have stayed around the top six in the league standings for some time, however, a recent setback in results has seen them move to seventh place and looking likely to miss out on European qualification.
Espanyol sit on 38 points and have been fairly inconsistent this season, but on home soil they are likely to give Abelardo’s visitors a good game on Saturday.
Having said that, the Catalan side have lost their last two league games against Getafe and Sevilla.
For the home side, Didac Vila returns from a ban and should feature at left back, whilst Lluis Lopez is suspended after picking up a card for the club’s B side.
Naldo should be fit enough to feature at centre back after recovering from a minor knee problem.
Alaves have both Tomas Pina and Martin both out through suspension, whilst Guillermo Maripan will be fit to feature.
Darko Brasanac should partner Manu Garcia in midfield, whilst Ximo Navarro will play at right back.
