Samu Garcia has reached an agreement to play for the Valencian team for three years.
Samu Garcia, the 27 year old right winger, has officially signed for newly promoted Levante. The deal will keep the player in the ranks of Levante for the next 3 seasons with the option to extend the contract for a further season.
The player signed for Levante shortly after terminating the agreement which he had with Russian club Rubin Kazan and which he signed only a year ago. The player has previously played for Malaga and Levante’s neighbors Villarreal before following his manager at Malaga, Javi Gracia, to Rubin Kazan whom he spent 6 months with before moving on loan to Leganes for the second half of last season.
As a youth player, Samu has previously played for Chelsea. However, his experience in England didn’t workout due to the player’s failure to adapt and returned to his hometown 3 months after signings for the English club. Samu made his debut as a senior player against another Valencian team in the match Malaga and Valencia which took place in the Mestalla in August 2013.
Samu Garcia will be presented to the media on Thursay in the Levante’s home ground, the Ciutat de Valencia.
