Manchester United are showing increased interest in Cadiz midfielder Alvaro Garcia, according to reports in Spanish press.
The 24-year-old has been impressing this side for the La Liga 123 side and it is understood that scouts from the Premier League club have been in attendance this season, reporting back to boss Jose Mourinho.
Reports across Spain claim that the creative midfielder is available at €8m, but that figure will increase to €15m if he helps his club side to promotion this season.
Born in Seville, Garcia finished his development with local side CG Goyu-Ryu, before signing for Utrera in 2011.
Successful senior appearances for the lowly Spanish side saw him gain recognition and a move to San Fernando followed, where he made 15 appearances, scoring once.
Garcia would then join Granada where he would spend four years, before moving on loan to Racing Santander.
Cadiz would then come knocking and his first season with the club would see him score a career-best nine goals, helping them to promotion, before signing a four-year deal.
Cadiz currently sit 13th in La Liga 123, having three out of eight games this season but they only sit two points outside the promotion places.
Osasuna currently sit top of the Segunda, having beaten Cadiz 2-0.
