Good Morning and welcome to our round-up of Wednesday morning’s Spanish Papers, where Marca have looked at Atletico Madrid’s draw with Qarabag in full detail.

The Spanish side headed into Tuesday evening’s game at the Wanda Metropolitano in search of a much needed three points but they failed to get past a stern Qarabag, who were reduced to ten men.

Two weeks previous and the scoreline would also end in a draw with the visitors having a player sent off too, but Simeone’s side were unable to take full advantage.

An opener from Michel set alarm bells ringing inside the ground, but Thomas Partey’s impressive leveller go the home side back in the game.

A late chance for Saul Niguez tested the visitors resolve – before Stefan Savic received his marching orders, ending a bad night for the former Champions League runners-up.

Elsewhere in Group C, Roma beat Chelsea 3-0 to take top spot, leaving Atletico with it all to do in the final two group games.

Simeone’s side meet Roma on the 22nd November, before facing Antonio Conte’s Chelsea on the 5th December.

A failure to qualify for the last-32 will see Atleti drop into the Europa League.
