Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan was in England on Sunday to hear interest from a number of potential Premier League clubs.
The Turkish international is in a long list of midfield options under Ernesto Valverde as Barca which includes Sergio Busquets, Andres Iniesta, Ivan Rakitic, Andre Gomes, Rafinha, Denis Suarez, Sergi Roberto and new signing Paulinho.
Valverde is keen to move the former Atletico Madrid man on and gain some extra funds to bolster his options and make a move for Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho.
Links with Premier League side Manchester United were rife before the English transfer window closed, whilst a potential loan move to former club Galatasaray was also mentioned.
After gaining interest from plenty of clubs, Arda jetted in to England on Sunday to discuss his options with both Chelsea and Arsenal said to have made contact.
Reports of a move to Arsenal over the summer were also large with some claiming a deal had been agreed only for the North London to pull put at the last minute.
Italian sides Juventus and Inter Milan are also said to be showing growing interest ahead of the transfer window.
Having moved to Barcelona two years ago, Arda has featured 53 times for Barca.
