Good Morning and welcome to our brief round up of the Spanish Papers, where Marca and AS have looked at Real Madrid’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.

Zinedine Zidane’s side head into Wednesday nights game with both feet in the knockout stages but much has been the attention on their league form and performances of late.

A 0-0 draw with Athletic Bilbao at the weekend has seen press look to Cristiano Ronaldo, who has failed to reach his standards this season.

Marca use the word ‘cling’ when speaking of his Champions League form and look at more European records for the Portuguese international.

They also mention Atletico Madrid, who were eliminated on Tuesday after drawing with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, before a brief round up of Barcelona’s win over Sporting Lisbon.

AS are similar in their Ronaldo coverage, picking up on comments from Zidane who believes the forward should have more respect.

They also review last night’s Champions League action, before looking ahead to Sevilla’s game with Maribor.

Mundo Deportivo look more closely at Barcelona, speaking on Paco Alcacer’s impressive goal per game ratio.

Whilst, they also look at Javier Mascherano’s future at the club, saying his stance on leaving in January has not changed.
