La Liga 1|2|3 side Osasuna are set to announce the double signing of Robert Ibanez and Borja Lasso, according to Spanish daily Marca.
The Pamplona based side currently sit eighth in Segunda and are hoping for a big push in the second half of the season to gain their place back in Spain’s top flight.
A return to action against Valladolid on Saturday could see the involvement of two new signings after deals for both Ibanez and Lasso were said to have been agreed late on Tuesday evening.
Ibanez, 24, has featured just five times for Valencia’s first team, having had loans spells with Granada and last season’s promotion successors Leganes.
His move is expected to be a short term loan deal which will run until the end of the Segunda season. Predominantly a right winger, Ibanez will give new boss Diego Martinez another attacking option.
Second to Ibanez’s claimed arrival is Sevilla’s Lasso; a 23-year-old left winger who has made just one senior appearance for the La Liga side.
His deal is also expected to a be a loan spell but could include the option to make the move permanent come the end of the season.
Having developed with the Andalusian side, the youngster has played 123 times for the B side.
