Sevilla are reportedly looking at Roque Mesa and Dani Parejo as potential replacements for Steven N’Zonzi.
Former Stoke City midfielder N’Zonzi is set to leave the Andalusian side and move to Serie A champions Juventus.
The French international was an integral part of Sevilla’s season but a whole host of big spending European sides have shown interest.
A reported deal with the Italian side is now gathering pace and Sevilla have reacted by making enquiries into Valencia’s Dani Parejo and Las Palmas’ midfielder Roque Mesa.
Parejo, captained Valencia through the first part of the season and impressed as Valencia improved their form during the latter end of the La Liga campaign.
Whilst Mesa was one of La Liga’s most impressive players as he helped Las Palmas to a successful season.
It is reported by Estadio Deportivo that Parejo and Mesa would be available for around a similar price of £10-£15m.
N’Zonzi’s departure from the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan will no doubt see Sevilla losing one of their hottest properties, but the Frenchman is keen to win more trophies and help Juventus in their Champions League campaign next season.
A deal worth around £35m is likely to be accepted, with terms between the midfielder and his new club said to have already been agreed.
