La Liga will investigate claims that a number of abnormal bets were made ahead of Sunday’s La Liga 123 game between promoted Huesca and Gimnastic. Vigo born keeper Dani Gimenez has joined Deportivo La Coruna from Real Betis, it has been confirmed. Having played largely as an understudy to Antonio Adan this season at the Benito Villamarin, Gimenez has accepted an offer to join relegated Depor, who look to bounce back in the Liga 123 next season. Granada sack coach Pedro Morilla

Granada have announced the dismissal of coach Pedro Morilla, after just 43 days at the helm. Morilla was appointed on the 19th March, following the termination of José Luis Oltra’s contract.
