Semedo held for ‘attempted murder’ without bail

Villarreal defender Ruben Semedo has been held without bail on ‘attempted murder’ charges, it has been confirmed. The 23-year-old was arrested this week for ‘tying up, hitting and holding a person beyond their will’ in the city of Valencia.
